Chef of the Victoria Casino Batura Stanislav and su-chef Gilinskiy Alexander took part in the X Russian Championship of culinary and service, one of the major professional events in the Russian hospitality industry. Our chefs has demonstrated their skills to the wide audience and to the professional judges, to the dignity and honor won prizes: Batura Stanislav - a bronze medal in the category "Meat dishes, Gilinskiy Alexander - 4-th place in the category "Poultry ", 4-th place in the category "Dishes of meat."
