27-30 September 2011 XIV International Exhibition "PIR. Hospitality Industry", the largest  exhibition of restaurant and hotel business in Russia and CIS countries held  in IEC Crocus Expo in Moscow.
PIR collects annually restaurateurs, chefs and confectioners, suppliers, investors, journalists and anyone who wants to keep abreast of the latest trends of restaurant and hospitality industry and current trends of cooking.
The most striking and memorable event of the exhibition "PIR", no doubt, was the International Kremlin Culinary Cup - the competition among professional chefs in cooking classes, meat dishes, which were attended by chef of Victoria Casino Alexandr Zhilinskiy, demonstrating a wide audience a unique experience and skills.
